I was asked if this was a known bug. It’s not. I don’t think anyone knows about it.

Here’s what I found there:

Here is what the Makefile contains:
$ grep COMMENT Makefile COMMENT= Tool for use with clang to analyze #includes in C and C++ source files
Here is what the command returns:
$ make -V COMMENT Tool for use with clang to analyze
It appears the line is treated as containing a comment.
